I sold 20 properties last year, but it was tough and low end! The market is taking a big swing up the last 2 months , my phones are exploding ! People are ready to buy. The interest rates are very low but they will go up this year. Pricing is very low as the last 18months sales are low. I think it will go back to a sellers year.
